Now that herbal incense is illegal, this new Aromatic Potpourri has hit the shelves with the same concept of Herbal Incense. I'm trying to understand how this is possible, & legally being done. The pack says "Not for human consumption", as did the herbal incense. The pack also says that it doesn't contain JWH-18, or any similar (banned?) ingredience. On 2theadvocate.com, before Herbal Incense was banned, they had an article with the following statement included: "HB173 would prohibit a number of plants from being blended and smoked or inhaled. The plants in question include mugwort, honeyweed, sacred lotus and dwarf skullcap." When I looked up the House Bill 173, all I could find was the summary of this statement: "Creates the crime of the unlawful production, manufacturing, distribution, or possession of prohibited plants and adds hallucinogenic substances to Schedule I (EN INCREASE GF EX See Note)" With this being stated, I am wondering how the stores are slowly being able to release this Aromatic Potpourri, and if at all possible, what is in the Aromatic Potpourri?...
